26 practical guides for Australian businesses

Make the next AI decision with a worked example in front of you

Choose the problem you are working on. Each guide explains a specific workflow, shows the awkward cases and gives you checks to use with your team or supplier. Start with one process and bring its real evidence to the decision.

These guides describe practical design and review methods. Worked examples are illustrative, not client results or promises of savings. The right implementation depends on your systems, access and operating rules.

Discuss your next AI project

Consultation options and any fee are shown before you book.

Choose a starting point

A caller is getting stuck

Start with test calls, service-area questions or transfer recovery. Write down what the caller tried to do, what the system said and which result should have been recorded. That gives a supplier something reproducible to fix.

A document looks right but is wrong

Use the invoice evaluation, duplicate prevention and answer-checking guides. Keep the original source alongside the proposed result. Review the fields and decisions that affect the business, including the cases that should be held for a person.

You need to decide what to fund

Use the measurement and business-case guides before comparing proposals. Count actual review work, exceptions and ongoing costs. Separate released staff capacity from cash savings and make the next investment depend on evidence from your own process.

Use a guide in a working session

Pick one example that has actually caused work for your business. Remove customer details you do not need to share. Read the relevant workflow and note where your process differs. You will usually get a more useful discussion from a concrete example than from a list of features.

Agree who owns the decision, what a correct result looks like and what must happen when the system cannot produce it. Use the checklist as a prompt for evidence, not as a certificate. A tick does not prove an integration is safe, a caller reached the right person or a financial record is correct.

Yes AI can help turn that review into a scoped implementation or a measured pilot. Existing software configuration or a simpler manual process may be the better answer. Bring your constraints and we can assess the next step before committing to a build.
