How billing works
All prices are in AUD and exclude GST. Your plan fee covers the included minutes shown above: those minutes are part of the plan, not billed again on top. Minutes used beyond the allowance are charged at the per-minute rate shown for your plan.
A minute means connected talk time on a call handled by your AI agent, measured from answer to hang-up. Unanswered and failed calls don't count. If a call is transferred to your team, only the AI-handled part counts. Full detail is in our Terms of Service (§5.1A).

Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No penalties.
What does the setup fee cover?
Setup includes configuring your AI agent, integrating with your phone system and CRM, customising greetings and call flows, testing, and training. Most businesses are live within 5-7 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, change plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Australian bank account direct debit (BECS).
