Sentiment Analysis

Speech-to-Text (STT)

Text-to-Speech (TTS)

Token

A unit of text that AI models process - roughly equivalent to a word or part of a word. AI pricing is often based on tokens processed. Understanding tokens helps you estimate costs and optimise AI usage.

Training Data

The information used to teach an AI model how to perform its task. For business AI, training data includes call recordings, customer interactions, FAQs, product information, and industry-specific knowledge.
