What happens after you subscribe
Subscribing starts the plan. It does not put an untested robot on your business line the same afternoon. Here is the actual sequence.
1. Scoping call
Within one business day. We work out how your calls come in now, what the agent should handle, and the exact point where it must hand to a human. You get the one-off setup fee in writing at the end of this call.
2. We build it
We write and test the conversation against your real scenarios, connect your calendar or CRM, and set the escalation rules. You hear it and change anything you do not like before a single customer reaches it.
3. Go live safely
Almost always by diverting the calls you currently miss, so your number never moves and there is nothing to undo. Start with after hours only if you would rather ease into it.
4. Tune it
We review real calls with you in the first fortnight and fix what the agent handled awkwardly. This is included, not an extra. Most of the value shows up in this step.
