How a session actually runs
The prep is what separates training that sticks from training people forget by Friday. It starts before the day, not on it.
Before the day
A short call with whoever runs the team. We find out what people actually spend their time on, which systems they live in, and what would count as a win. That shapes the session, so nobody sits through a generic introduction to AI.
The morning
Fundamentals, but applied immediately. What these tools are genuinely good at, where they confidently get things wrong, and how to tell the difference. Everyone works on their own machine from the first half hour.
The applied part
We take real work off your team, a quote, a report, an inbox, a set of file notes, and rebuild it with AI in the room. This is the part people remember, because it is their own job getting faster in front of them.
After
You get the prompt pack, a short internal how-to, and a window where your team can email us the things that did not work. Questions in week three are the ones that matter, and that is exactly when most training providers have gone quiet.
At your office
We come to you. No travel charge anywhere in metropolitan Melbourne, and we regularly run sessions across Gippsland, Geelong and the southeast growth corridor. Interstate is possible with travel costs agreed in writing before you commit to anything.
All you need is a room, a screen we can plug into, and everyone on their own laptop.
Online
Same content, same price, usually split into two shorter blocks on different days rather than one long sitting, because attention online runs out faster than attention in a room. Works well for teams spread across sites or states.
Sessions are not recorded by default. If you want a recording for people who cannot attend, just ask when you book.
