I have a virtual assistant. Should they use Claude instead of me?

Both. How is this different from your AI receptionist?

The Yes AI receptionist (telephone answering) handles inbound calls 24/7 and books appointments. That is a separate product, mostly for service businesses that take a lot of calls. Claude for Founders is for the writing, thinking, and admin work you do at your desk. Many owner-operators use both. The receptionist handles the phone, Claude handles everything else.

I worry about putting client data into a chatbot. Is this safe?

On Claude Pro and Team tiers, your conversations are not used to train models. That is the published Anthropic policy. We help you understand which material is appropriate (your draft quotes, your client emails, your project notes) and which is not (financial credentials, password vaults, regulator-facing documents that need additional handling). The rule of thumb: if you would email it to your accountant or business coach, it is fine for Claude Pro. If not, use stricter tooling.

Will Claude write content that gets flagged as AI?

Most AI-detection tools are unreliable to begin with, and Claude in long-form writing with your voice examples loaded produces content that is genuinely difficult to flag. More importantly, the use cases we are talking about (quotes, proposals, client emails, LinkedIn posts, SOPs) are not contexts where AI-detection matters. The reader cares about whether the content is useful, accurate, and sounds like you, not which keyboard typed it.

I am terrible at writing prompts. Will I struggle?

This is the most common worry, and it is the easiest one to solve. We build the prompt library together in the working session. You leave with 15 to 20 saved prompts that you can run with one click and a short instruction. You do not become a prompt engineer. You become someone who has a really good prompt library that does the work for you. Founders who said "I am bad at this" are usually the heaviest users by month three.

My business is too small or too weird for this. Is that true?

It is almost never true.
