The standard session is 30 minutes by Zoom. Bring one defined question and any approved examples you want to screen-share. We review what is available, discuss practical options and identify limits or next checks. A broader audit, written plan, implementation or follow-up support is included only if separately agreed.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?

We do not promise a satisfaction or change-of-mind refund. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply. If you cancel before services commence, the refund terms allow deductions for reasonable administration work already performed and non-recoverable third-party costs. See section 5.7 of our Terms for the full wording.

Do I need to be technical?

No. State your current experience and the decision you need to make when booking. A non-technical session can focus on a business workflow, while a technical session can examine an approved prompt, Claude Code setup or architecture question.

What if I have 20 or more full-time staff?

The initial 30-minute consultation is free for businesses with 20 or more full-time staff. Enter the current full-time staff count when booking so the correct path is shown. Project work, extended workshops and implementation are quoted separately.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

The booked service is a 30-minute consultation on the agreed question. We may identify further discovery or implementation options, but no additional service is included or required unless you accept a separate scope and price.

Why is payment required in advance?

The standard paid booking is A$200 including GST and is paid through the booking process. Businesses with 20 or more full-time staff use the free initial-consultation path. Cancellation, refund and Australian Consumer Law rights are set out in our Terms.

Can I get help with Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent development?

Yes, if the question fits a 30-minute review and you can provide the relevant approved information. We can discuss Claude Code, MCP, tool permissions, agent boundaries and testing. Building, changing or validating a production system requires a separate scope.

Do you offer in-person consultations in Melbourne?

Yes, subject to location and availability. Yes AI is based in Pakenham. Confirm any in-person location, travel time, session length and cost before booking. Zoom consultations are the standard remote format.

Can you help with other AI tools besides Claude?

The session can compare Claude with another named option where that helps the agreed question. Recommendations depend on current provider documentation, your data and security requirements, required integrations, evaluation results and operating costs.
