The Meeting Problem

Unnecessary Meetings Cost Australian Businesses $37 Billion Annually

Half Could Be Emails

Research shows 67% of meetings fail to achieve their stated purpose. Your team spends hours in rooms (physical or virtual) discussing things that a well-structured email or shared document would resolve in minutes. That is not collaboration - it is a productivity tax.

No Proper Meeting Notes

Someone volunteers to take notes, misses half the discussion while typing, and distributes a summary 3 days later that nobody reads. Critical decisions, context, and nuances are lost. When a dispute arises months later, there is no reliable record.

Forgotten Action Items

Actions are agreed in meetings and forgotten by the time everyone returns to their desk. Without automated tracking, 35% of meeting action items are never completed. Decisions get re-made in the next meeting because nobody followed through on the last one.

Scheduling Back-and-Forth

Coordinating a single meeting across 5 calendars takes an average of 8 emails and 2 days. Multiply that across your organisation and you have a full-time job worth of scheduling overhead that AI eliminates in seconds with intelligent calendar analysis.

Meeting Overload & Fatigue

Executives spend 23 hours per week in meetings - up from 10 hours in the 1960s. Meeting fatigue reduces cognitive performance, decision quality, and job satisfaction. The cost is not just time; it is the quality of every decision made in a fatigued state.

Cannot Reference Past Decisions

Six months ago, the team made a critical decision about pricing strategy. Nobody remembers the reasoning. The meeting notes (if they exist) are buried in someone's personal folder. AI creates searchable, indexed archives of every meeting, every decision, every rationale.

How It Works

From Meeting Chaos to Perfect Recall

01
Automatic

AI Joins & Records

The AI meeting assistant automatically joins your scheduled meetings (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and begins real-time transcription with speaker identification. It captures every word, identifies who said what, and flags decisions, action items, and key topics as they happen.

02
60 seconds post-meeting

Intelligent Summarisation

Within 60 seconds of the meeting ending, AI generates a structured summary: key decisions, action items with owners and deadlines, open questions, and a full searchable transcript. No more waiting days for someone's handwritten notes.

03
Ongoing

Action Item Tracking

Action items are automatically assigned to the right people, added to their task management systems, and tracked to completion. AI sends follow-up reminders and escalates overdue items. The completion rate jumps from 65% to 94% within the first month.

04
Always available

Searchable Knowledge Base

Every meeting becomes a searchable knowledge asset. Ask the AI "What did we decide about Q3 pricing?" and get the exact moment, context, and rationale - pulled from any meeting in the last 12 months. Your organisational memory becomes permanent and perfect.
